Shawn Gimpel has lived in the Hampton Roads area his entire life and does'nt  see himself leaving. This great area has come a long way in the past 30 years and in my line of work Shawn Gimpel plans on being a major player in the development and expansion of the " Seven Cities" from Residential to Commercial Building. Shawn Gimpel has worked with several companies in the area, The Roofing and Remodeling Company for about 11 years and helped with the procedures and the systems that they have in place today. When the company first started out I was there with them. He went from cleaning the ground on the jobsites to running the entire Production Department and when the owners were out of town Shawn Gimpel was the everyone turned to for answers. Shawn Gimpel wanted to follow the American Dream and work for himself, "It is not easy" but its a differnet kind of trade that you have to learn very quickly or like many others you will fall flat on your face. I am not the type to let that happen. After a few years of being out on my own and going through the pains of being my own boss. I started to help some of my friends who were business owners create and develop systems for their company. I always help those who want the help and always willing to go out of my way for a friend.  Today Shawn Gimpel recieves advice about business plans,marketing and growth from some of the top business professionals in town. Shawn Gimpel also helps with construction planning and project sequencing for several companies in the Hampton Roads area like Jim Hicks Home Improvements and White Exteriors and Home Improvement just to name a few.  "It is the quality of our work which will please God and not the quantity." Custom Home Building, Remodeling, Fishing and Kayak fishing. Watching my son build train sets. That is pretty cool. Helping my wife in her real estate business.
